The main point of 98731, as I read it, is the amount of time AFTER THE PROGRESS BAR FINISHES before the save is actually done. I've always seen that, back many versions, and that's not my issue. What's new for me, somewhere between 4.4 and the current 5.1, is that now the progress bar itself does not show continuous progress. Instead it flashes intermittently (rarely).
