comment box (background and border) do show correctly; text doesn't
When editing/inserting a comment in Calc, the text doesn't show when it falls
below a 'frozen' fold. The comment box (background and border) do show
correctly, and also the text is displayed correctly when just viewing the
comment. See images.
Noted when editing existing .xlsx file (created & only edited by LO)
