Now bug 47569 is marked as a duplicate of our famous bug 47368, what means that bug 47569 happens only when some accessibility utility is enabled on MacOS. @Frank Winklmeier: Do you have any MacOS accessibility utility enabled? This means, in the MacOS System Preferences, in the "Universal Access" (German "Bedienungshilfen") section, do you have enabled "Voice over" or "Enable access for assistive devices" or something else?
