Mixed language dialogs
UI is showing information using the locale language after I deliberately
switched UI to English (USA)
As shown in the attached image, the UI language is set to English (and the text
in the forms is in English but not the values)
Tested with
Version: 5.1.3.1 (x64)
Build ID: 115e0e13d3c8ac1452186ad2394abce2dd5c2b57
'Threads' do CPU: 8; Versão do SO:Windows 6.1; Gestão da interface: padrão;
Locale: pt-PT (pt_PT)
And Yes, I did test with a new profile.
This is a regression from 5.1.2.2
