If I add a column to the left or above of the freeze, the freeze remains at the
originally specified row / column.
Let's say that the colC has a name, and Row 5 has heading text. If I freeze on
D6, that makes sense.
If I now add a column after A, the name is no longer part of the frozen pane.
Similarly if I add a row after row 1, the heading is no longer part of the
frozen pane.
