I read that there will be a havy work on LibreOffice during May 2016: https://blog.documentfoundation.org/blog/2016/04/28/coming-up-the-month-of-libreoffice/ Please consider fixing this bug during this month because it is one of most aggresive bugs that prevent many Arabic users from using LibreOffice instead of Microsoft Office.
