I am working on a book project with 300+ pages. I am using page styles for even
and odd pages. A page break with next page style odd page when inserted on an
even page creates an empty even page. That page is missing in the created pdf.
>From that point on the page numbers in pdf and those found e.g. in the footer
are no longer the same.
