recovery on startup
Sounds like https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40256
but iirc the old recovery endless loop had been fixed sometime in between then
and now.
1. Start latest master
2. start center shows
3. click any component
Currently: LO crashes (log attached) or shows recovery dialog with nothing to
recover.
Expected: a working startup proceedure
