Problem description:
Failed to upgrade to 3.5.3
Steps to reproduce:
1. download 3.5.3 released
2. install it over 3.5.2
3. reload LibreOffice, version shows 3.5.2
4, reload it, the right upper corner Update Available baloon keeps showing up.
5, reinstall 3.5.3, but symptom is the same
Current behavior:
keep staying back on 3.5.2
Expected behavior:
upgrade to 3.5.3

win7 x64
