missing scrolling bar and icon for italic script not highlighted
Some examples of broken UI (maybe there are more):
- The scrolling bar is not displayed.
- All menu items are highlighted when the mouse pointed at them due to mouse
movement, not only the item which the mouse currently points at.
- Icons in the icon bars are not highlighted when I click on them.
I saw this with Libreoffice 5.1.3.1 (RC) and GTK+ 3.20.3 in Debian. With GTK+
3.18 there were no such problems.
