LibreOffice Calc spreadsheet does not record or compare changes in text
formatting.
To reproduce:
Enter a non-zero length string in any cell
Turn on record changes
Select text in cell and change format to BOLD
Observe Edit/Changes/Show does not have any recorded changes.
Similar behavior comparing spreadsheets with only formatting changes.
