Summary: If string in cells start with non-Thai and follows
with Thai word with upper/lower vowel, that thai word

Screenshot shows thai words displayed incorrectly.
This seems to affect Fresh Release 5.1.2.2 and 5.1.3.2.
Still Release 5.0.6.3 is not affected.
If cell starts with non-Thai and later follows with Thai words, Thai words with
upper/lower characters will be incorrectly displayed. (See attachment)
If cell starts with Thai, no glitches surface.
This affects many built-in Thai fonts in MS Windows:
Tahoma
Angsana New
Leelawadee
Microsoft Sans Serif
Some built-in fonts are not affected in cell but always still affected on
"Formular Bar" :
Arial Unicode MS
Fonts-TLWG fonts are affected in cell.
