Please come up with at least one thing that you describe in detail. The Impress
thing you mention needs more elaboration.
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists and provide more info.
Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away with a newer build.
