Please, could you describe step by step a scenario where you see that F9 does
not work? And attach your test file (with all personal data removed) to this
bug report.
Do not forget to check options that influence recalculation:
1/ on loading the file: menu Tools > Options > LibreOffice Calc > Formula >
Recalculation on Load File
2/ menu Data > Calculate > AutoCalculate
