The original bug report did not claim additional items. Having said that, the
load url bar is able to view the entire contents of a directory, more than is
viewing via 'recent documents'.

As stated originally, the load url bar is _not_ cleared by activating the
'clear list' function. To repeat, the 'recent documents' list is cleared, but
not 'load url bar'.
You should investigate more the (excellent) functionality of 'load url bar'.
