Confirmed with STR of comment 2 on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit en-US with

however setting as duplicate of but 99187, while the Load URL widget has some
nice autocomplete and "history" function, the issue seems to be only that
updates to listed entries not applied in a fashion that matches those of the
main Menu "Recent Items" most recently used item list.
The split menu entry updates, but the toolbar dropdown list does not.
