I deleted entire section preceding it, copied to notepad++
and then pastes back in and recreated headings and was able to resolve issue.
I did hit the issue that when I told it too continue previous renumbering that
it picked up the un-numbered list in paragraph prior instead of the proper h4
heading.
I cut the list and was able to get correct H4 numbering and then paste back in
un-numbered list.
