I don't know whether the mentioned bug is relevant or not. My problem is - as
descibed - that the "Sonderzeichentabelle" (special charakter map) is not
operational in a newly opend document file. Calc is chrashing or closes too, if
I try to insert a special charakter.
Maybe it is a crash, because LO asks to restore the last opened document during
the next start of soffice.exe. Restauration works normaly.
Same behaviour not depending from start method - commandline, start menu or
existing file via doubble click ... so I can not insert a special character in
any file - existing or new created.
If I open the attachement 122044, no special caracter is shown - only a
placeholder for some of them.
Opened attachement 121921 shows all charakters. Same with 117007 and 72757.
I opend all files by clicking the link and choosing "open with LO". All files
were opend write protected.
Honestly - I did not unterstand all of the techtalk desribed with Bug 71603.
The described procedure to catch the bug is a bit to big for me, since I have
to use my computer for business ... sorry.
