            Bug ID: 99910
Summary: Horizontal slider in any XLS(X) format is reduced to
                    the control buttons
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha0+ Master
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

When any XLS(X) file is edited or created with LibreOffice > 4.4.0 the
horizontal slider is reduced to the control buttons.

This is a result of the (IMO excellent) change in the LibreOffice Calc UI where
the horizontal slider is one line above the tab bar (unlike Excel where it uses
the same line as the tabs), and therefore it uses the full width of the Calc
window i.e. it has no dimension.

Observed: the horizontal slider is reduced to the cursor buttons

Expected: the horizontal slider width is retained (if editing an XLS(X)) or a
fixed size is assumed (when saving a new document to XLS(X))

This is a regression from branch 4.3

(I have been meaning to report this for ages, but I usually save to ODS)
