I tried to reproduce observed misbehaviour. I could not reproduce all of the
observed problems with my initial effort. I hereby submit a detailled
documentation of the steps done to show both - it can work but, see on page 2
there is also something wrong.
May be the misbehaviour is linked to tables with joined cells...
