RTL or LTR languages but not both
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.1.3.2 rc
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer

Smart quote marks in Hebrew and English
When tools>autocorrect>autocorrect options>localized options>single quotes
replace is turned on (which it is by default in this version) the smart quote
marks work fine in English (pointing inwards to the word), but in Hebrew, a
Right-To-Left language, the smart quote marks point *outwards* from the word.
If you manually change the symbols of the quote marks in
tools>autocorrect>autocorrect options>localized options>single quotes, they
will work in Hebrew (point inwards) but be wrong in English (point outwards).
It seems there is no way to tell Libreoffice Writer to use a different set of
symbols for different languages.
