I can't reproduce the freeze, either.
I tested with LO 5.1.2.2 (installed with Separate Install GUI), both 32- and
64-bit versions in Windows 7 64-bit, both with OpenGL enabled and disabled,
locale and UI language set to Slovenian.
Typed in random text, then selected "Odstavek...". Dialog displayed as expected
in every single case.
