When saving in LO 5.2.0.0alpha1, the tango icons for saving are not simply
grayed out, but start to flicker or pixellate (see added screenshot).
The problem only affects tango icons.

I have Windows 10 home.
How to reproduce:
1) Open a document in LO5.2.0.0.alpha1 (it's most visible when the document is
large, but the bug also can be seen when small documents are saved)
2) save it
