Problem description:
In equations it exports the vectors like "vec r" as "\stackrel{⃗}{r}" instead
of the correct "\vec{r}".
Steps to reproduce:
1. type in the formula editor: vec r
2. export as mediawiki
3. try it on wikipedia
Current behavior:
"vec r" to "\stackrel{⃗}{r}"
Expected behavior:
"vec r" to "\vec{r}".
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0
