Please try with 5.1.3
Please include the contents of your
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache\opengl_device.log

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists in 5.1.3. Change to
RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
