On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I could reproduce this.

Indeed, I noticed this line repeated n times:
warn:ucb.ucp.webdav:24962:1:ucb/source/ucp/webdav-neon/NeonSession.cxx:1699:
Neon returned NE_ERROR, http response status code was: '404 Not Found'
which is normal if the url is broken but perhaps you may have some idea
blocking the loading of external urls?
