As stated multiple times, i'm not suggesting this be reverted, i'm suggesting
an app-level overwrite.
Ubuntu and OS X disable icons in the menus and we provide an app-level
overwrite to change this. Linux desktop environments uses middle-click to paste
text and we provide an app-level overwrite to change this. LibreOffice should
support Gtk2 and Gtk3 for auto-accelerator and we should provide an app-level
overwrite.
