Data bars and color scales need to be integrated into the normal conditional
formatting.
This needs the following steps:
1. Merge colorscale.hxx and conditio.hxx based on the new concepts from
colorscale.hxx.
2. Integrate new layer in the merged file
3. Change return type to new data structure containing not only style names
4. Integrate old conditional formatting in new ODF structure
5. Change UI
