They way to insert rows/columns inside a matrix, it's insert the rows/columns
in the range referenced by the matrix.
To insert a row above the first row of the matrix go to a cell in the same row
out of the matrix and insert the row.
A last option it's cut the matrix, insert the rows an past the matrix on their
position.
I think we can close as not a bug, if you are not agree please reopen it.
