After I upgrade latest OS X version, autocorrect does not work any more in
Korean mode. It worked well in 10.9 and 10.10.
But it works without problem in English mode.
For example, typing -> should be →.

I did not change any setting.
NeoOffice and AOO have same issue in 10.11.
Other native (cocoa based) apps don't have any problem about autocorrect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Korean mode.
2. Type ->
Actual Results:
Select Korean mode
Type ->

Expected Results:
nothing happened
