So apparently there is some header/footer-like feature to put stuff in the
left/right margins in Word?
Do you have the original Word template?
Otherwise we can't test the actual bug of throwing out those frames.
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the document.
