The early versions of Microsoft Office save their document as ANSII. maybe they
check stealthy that is ANSII or not ,but ...... yes they save them as the
ANSII.
So when you check what codepage that it is, you maybe get the Null value
sometime. and if you set the null to the some codepage internal ,you will get
the error at somewhere.
So we will need change it manually way to fix ,when we got the error.
