Helper utility use with LibreOffice Writer having issues is WordWeb Software's
WordWeb Dictionary.

If you are not using this commercial product (its free or paid "Pro" version)
the "SEH Exception: ACCESS VIOLATION" is a generic error message and is not
related to this issue.
