Having high usage by soffice.bin (LibreOffice 5.0.4.2 from openSuse 42.1), 100%
on at least one of the 4 threads in my i5 Toshiba notebook. Blocks update of
the screen for most apps. Lowering priority of soffice.bin in KSysGuard didn't
help.
Was editing a 6.5 MB .doc file that contained about 8 JPGs, 3 tables, and a lot
(probably too many) tracked changes. One 'save' of the file hadn't finished
after 30 min; had to kill soffice.bin. Another such 'long save' couldn't be
stopped; had to power down.
Noticed that tables were corrupted, a cell suddenly had a 1x1 table in it.
Guessed correctly that deleting a row would get rid of it, but the content of
the cell went too.
Accepting all tracked changes helped.
