             Bug #: 50512
Summary: No backup file is created in the configured backup
                    directory
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: LibO 3.5.3 release
          Platform: x86-64 (AMD64)
        OS/Version: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Libreoffice
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

I'm running the LO 3.5.3 x64 Linux version under openSuSE 12.1 x64. My backup
path is configured as "/home/bernd/.config/libreoffice/3/user/backup/", the
check box "Always make a backup copy" und Extras/Options/Load/Save/General is
marked. Even if configured that way, a backup file is never created independing
on the type of document (text/spreadsheet etc). Using the same settings with LO
3.5.3 x86 Windows version all works fine (a backup file is created).
