Thanks for explaining the topic.
There is no general template fitting all needs.
For specific needs, adjust your file or create a template if you need the
settings more often.
If you think a special template is useful, create it and either suggest it for
inclusion in the installation, or make it available via
http://templates.libreoffice.org/template-center :)
