If you insert a cross reference: Insert->Cross Reference...
You get a dialog box. The type of cross-reference is relatively clear, Heading
being selected by default. The list of Headings is also clear.
Insert reference to - shows a nice list of options. Unless you've used them
before they are not intuitive. If you select any you are not given preview.
The Name and Value entries seem redundant.
