Hello,
This problem is exactly the same as the number 94880 but the difference is that
the solution provided to me in 94880 doesn't work here.
To summarize, I have generate a csv file where there are percentage values.
If I import the file, this columns is not detected as percentage even if I tick
"Detect special numbers" on import.

I have probably missed something :(
