1) Load the test file in LO
2) Click on Forms
3) Right mouse button click on the form and choose Edit.
4) Select RefTache with the mouse and then choose Format-Conditional Formatting
from the main menu.
5) Select is "equal to" in the condition drop down menu and enter the number 4.
Then select a different coloured font.
6) Press OK
7) Crash.
