As comment #3 clearly indicates, this is most likely a problem with the
"software interpreter", not OpenCL, thus not directly related to what GPU
hardware you have or its drivers.
(It is indirectly related in the sense that if you don't have OpenCL-capable
hardware, or it is not good enough (blacklisted or otherwise noticed to lack
required capabilities), then the software interpreter will be used. Ideally
OpenCL should be used.)
