On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated yesterday, I could still
reproduce this.
With gdb, I noticed we enter there:
http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/sc/source/core/data/table3.cxx#2919
But I don't know where we should take into account "bCaseSens".
