Problem description: Unable to associate file types with LibreOffice Components
e.g. extension .DOC with Libre Writer.
Steps to reproduce:

Current behavior: Unable to associate file types such as .doc or .xls with
LibreWriter or LibreCalc.
Expected behavior:
Platform (if different from the browser): Windows XP SP3
Browser: Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.64
