Good idea. Indeed the issue is only present at 110% or below. If I go to 120%
or higher, the numbers I enter and the caret show as expected.
Interestingly, if I reduce the window to non-fullscreen (around 1500 x 1100
px), the issue also shows at 40%. So maybe if the root cause is the same in
both cases, someone might be able reproduce it without a 40-inch monitor ;)
