open *GL* _device.log
Problem still exists with 5.1.4.2.
In C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache only a
opengl_device.log exists.
No sc_opencl_device_profile.dat exists as described in comment_12.
opengl_device.log is attached.
