saving and opening use several threads already (at least 2 for OOXML and that
is currently expanded to ODF as a GSoC project).
LibreOffice already uses threads in a few places where it makes sense but all
the other cases that you mention don't use multiple processes and will most
likely never use them.
IMHO this bug should just be closed as WONTFIX or INVALID as it is a totally
useless bug report.
