On pc Debian x86-64 with LO Debian package 5.1.4, I don't reproduce this.
2 things you can try:
1) Rename your LO directory profile (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows)
2) Upgrade to last stable LO version 5.1.4
