Yes, it seems like bug 90871 and bug 93466 are related to this one. The
description in these reports are somewhat different, but the behaviour of a
popup menu hiding behind the Windows taskbar is similar.

Yes, the problem may be restricted to using multiple monitors! I am using two
monitors (both of the same size, 1920 x 1080 pixels), but if I disconnect one
of them from the computer, I seem to be unable to reproduce the bug. 

The bug may seem harder to reproduce than my original report suggested, but if
I adjust the Windows taskbar to double height, it is easier. Probably because
this gives a broader interval between the bottom of the screen and the bottom
of the desktop above the taskbar. I have never seen the popup menu extending
further down than the bottom of the screen, only further down than the top of
the taskbar.

Systems: I have now also seen the bug with Windows 7. That system also had two
monitors (of different size), and disconnecting one of the monitors, I was
unable to reproduce the bug!
