Checked with Libreoffice 5.1.4.2 64bit on Windows 10 Pro and 4.4.7.2 on Windows
XP Professional SP3 32bit: both loaded libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll from
<installdir>\program without searching other paths, not when starting the help
browser, but when checking for updates. So I think this issue is solved.
