OK, I don't understand your report at 1st time but now it's fine.
You need to scroll down before freezing rows and yes, rows that are hidden
before "freeze" are no more visible.
If you want a scroll bar, may be it is better to use "Split window" instead of
"Freeze rows/columns"... ?
