Inkscape exports an "image/svg+xml" format to clipboard. This is not detected
by LibreOffice. In LibreOffice I see only "Bitmap" and "GDI metafile". I use
Inkscape 0.48 and LibreOffice Version: 5.3.0.0.alpha0+
